Due to the huge lack of skilled professionals and based on its existing training experience, the company has decided to establish a training workshop. In the established 60-seat practical vocational training centre, 7 types of vocational trainings are held.
The HCT Vocational Training Centre was opened on 20 June 2017 and it awaits students with modern tools and equipment to provide high quality practical training.

STEEL-BUILDING Fémtechnikai és Kereskedelmi Kft. is a company based in Balkány, in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, engaged in the production of metallurgical products and structures, the implementation and design of complete light steel structural buildings and the production of warehouse pallet racking systems.
Due to the lack of qualified professionals and based on the professional experience gained by the company, it has established a 40-seat practical vocational training workshop at its site. It provides locksmith, welder, CNC machine operator and mechanical cutting specialist trainings.
The establishment of the practical vocational training workshop was completed in the summer of 2019.

SCHWEISSER RIKOH Kft. is engaged in the complete implementation of various industrial equipment and pipeline systems in the field of power plants, oil refineries and chemical and food industry plants. It is based in Bogyiszló, in Tolna County.
Due to the lack of qualified professionals in the region, the company has set up a 37-seat practical vocational training workshop and training base. Welding and locksmith/pipe fitting students can get vocational training in the hall of 1,000 m2 equipped with modern technology.

Vámosgép Kft., based in Vámospércs, in Hajdú-Bihar County, is engaged in the manufacture of medium- and high-complexity steel structures. Its product range includes nearly 1000 types of products. It has a unique, complex machinery park.
In addition to the advanced technologies used, it is also important for the company to employ trained professionals. It has been continuously taking apprentices since the mid-1990s.
In the on-site training workshop, which is suitable for the practical vocational training of 70 students, 5 professions are taught.

By constantly monitoring market needs, the company intends to continuously expand its training offerings in the professions with labour shortages in the region.
At the end of 2017, the company applied for grant to establish the HCT Vocational Training Centre II.
30 students can take part in practical vocational trainings related to vehicle repair and automotive professions, and in the framework of the grant, the number of students in Training Centre I has also been increased by 30 people.
